ROY FARRER

Vice President, Asset Management

In his role as Vice President, Asset Management, Roy is responsible for managing and maximizing the value of the assets Bonnefield manages. This includes overseeing the Property Management team and their activities. Having been raised on a farm in Drinkwater, Saskatchewan, Roy brings an abundance of understanding and experience in farm operations to this role. He also garnered further knowledge of the industry working as a summer student for agriculture input dealer Crop Production Services.

Previously, Roy attended Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

In his spare time, Roy plays recreational hockey, enjoys sporting events, and returns home as often as he can to work on the family farm. In his younger years, Roy played wing for the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League’s Notre Dame Hounds.
