The Company is pleased to announce the promotion of\u00a0Andrea Gruza to President effective January 1, 2025. In this role, Andrea oversees Bonnefield activities across all business units, while maintaining direct responsibility for driving fundraising, investor relations, and ESG activities. Additionally, Andrea is a key driver of the firm’s long-term strategy including new product development and strategic priorities.<\/p>\n
