Shannon is a Partner with the Bonnefield Agribusiness Fund, focused on growth oriented investments across the food and agribusiness value chain. She works closely with business owners and management teams to design non controlling capital solutions that support long term business development, strategic priorities, and ownership transitions.
Shannon brings over a decade of private equity investment experience, primarily with a mid market Canadian private equity firm and a large Canadian pension investor. Her background includes leading and executing transactions and working alongside management teams and boards to navigate growth, strategic change, and business transformation.
