In his role as Property Manager, Patrick is responsible for the management of Bonnefield’s farmland properties in Southwestern Ontario.

Prior to Bonnefield, Patrick worked as an agribusiness insurance underwriter at HD Mutual Insurance and quickly moved into a business development role, expanding his understanding of the Canadian insurance and agriculture industries. These positions involved working with Canadian farm operations of all sizes to create insurance solutions tailored to the Canadian agriculture industry.

Patrick grew up on a farm outside of Hamilton, Ontario that transitioned from an apple orchard to cash crop production. He balanced helping operate the family farm while attending the University of Guelph to obtain a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Economics and Finance. With co-op opportunities, he began working at London Agriculture Commodities and gained experience in the grain merchandising industry.
