Richard has responsibility and oversight for finance, compliance, human resources and information technology at Bonnefield. He is also a member of Bonnefield’s Investment Committee. Richard has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with emphasis in investment and wealth management.

Prior to joining Bonnefield, Richard was CFO at a leading distributor and investment fund manager of education savings solutions with over $5 billion in assets under management. Prior to that Richard was CFO of one of Canada’s largest and fastest-growing independent investment fund managers with over $13 billion in assets under management at the time. Richard also has over eight years of public accounting experience with Deloitte LLP in the assurance and business advisory practice where he provided audit and consulting services.

Tom Eisenhauer

CEO & Founding Partner

Tom is CEO of Bonnefield which he co-founded in 2009. He is responsible for the company’s overall operations and is also a member of Bonnefield's board of directors and its investment committee. He has a broad range of private equity investing, investment banking and merchant banking experience. Prior to joining Bonnefield, Tom was the Managing Partner of Latitude Partners, which he co-founded in 1999. Latitude managed the Longitude Fund LP, a private equity fund that specialized in buyouts of private and public Canadian technology companies.

Christina Albers

Principal

Jaime Gentles

Prior to Bonnefield, Wally spent several years in construction and engineering, as well as real estate. He is a licensed real estate broker and previously built and managed a 30-person real estate office.

Prior to joining Bonnefield, Chelsea was Senior Associate of Investor Relations at Fengate Asset Management, a Toronto-based alternative investment management firm, where she was responsible for supporting relationships with existing and prospective investors and managing key business development initiatives across the firm. Previously, Chelsea was Director of Investor Relations at DRI Capital managing the firm’s investor relations function, and spent several years at Scotia Wealth Management providing investment advice and overall portfolio strategy to advisors.

Prior to joining Bonnefield, Chelsea was Senior Associate of Investor Relations at Fengate Asset Management, a Toronto-based alternative investment management firm, where she was responsible for supporting relationships with existing and prospective investors and managing key business development initiatives across the firm. Previously, Chelsea was Director of Investor Relations at DRI Capital managing the firm’s investor relations function, and spent several years at Scotia Wealth Management providing investment advice and overall portfolio strategy to advisors.
