Prior to joining Bonnefield, Michael was a Senior Associate at PWC in their M&A Transaction Services team, where he was part of the M&A rotational program spending time in the M&A Transaction Services,
Rhys is an Associate on the Bonnefield Agribusiness Fund’s investment team, supporting investment sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution, valuation and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Bonnefield, Rhys was a Senior Associate in EY Parthenon’s M&A Advisory group, where he worked on a range of acquisition, divestiture, carve-out, capital raise, and financing transactions.
Sam leads Bonnefield’s Agribusiness initiatives and is a member of Bonnefield’s Management Committee.
Prior to joining Bonnefield, Sam was a Vice President at AGR Partners, a food and agribusiness focused private equity manager with over USD $1 billion in assets under management. Sam was a member of the investment team responsible for the sourcing,
