Prior to joining Bonnefield, Emilia worked as a Licensed Client Services Associate at BMO Nesbitt Burns, providing support to a portfolio manager and the broader private wealth network.

Prior to joining Bonnefield, Chelsea was Senior Associate of Investor Relations at Fengate Asset Management, a Toronto-based alternative investment management firm, where she was responsible for supporting relationships with existing and prospective investors and managing key business development initiatives across the firm.
Andrea oversees Bonnefield activities across all business units, while having direct responsibility for driving fundraising, investor relations, and ESG activities. Additionally, Andrea has responsibility for new product development and is a key driver of the firm’s long-term strategy. She is a member of both Bonnefield’s farmland and agribusiness Investment Committees.
