In his role as a Principal on the Investment Management team, Mitchell is responsible for business development and underwriting acquisitions on the core farmland fund.

Mitchell has a passion for agriculture, having been raised on a cash crop farm outside of Uxbridge, Ontario, leading him to pursue an educational path focused on the industry. Mitchell completed an undergraduate degree in Agriculture Business and a Masters degree in Agricultural Economics at the University of Guelph. He has worked as an Oilseed Trader with Bunge Canada and has worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Guelph.
